Computer Shutdown

When the device has a higher shutdown frequency it means that this device has a problem and due to this it has rebooted more often.

To get to the last level of detail, click on the option: Computer shutdown to view all devices shown in any consumption group created in SmartCenter.
Look at the graph in the scoring conditions that can be seen in the last two columns. (Days off and green IT score).

(Red) More than 5 days without switching off;
(Yellow) Between 2.5 days and 5.5 days without switching off;
(Blue) Less than 2.5 days without disconnection;
(Gray) No data;

The less frequency of shutdowns, the better the score.
