Agent – [W] (ASender) No such customer ID / Machine is not registered
Introduction
This error occurs when the address of our production environment is incorrectly configured for a production instance that your account does not belong to. Open the “Control Center” to check the error.
Desktop Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Desktop Agent\adacontrol.exe”
Server Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Automatos Server Agent\asacontrol.exe”
Explanation
Currently, we only have the production environments LAD1 and LAD2, which are automatically applied when downloading the agent using your account in SmartCenter.
Address: “lad1-receiver.almaden.app” for LAD1 production environments.
Address: “lad2-receiver.almaden.app” for LAD2 production environments.
Note: Do not change the address to anything else. Always keep the one displayed in SmartCenter after logging in.
Tests
o verify if the address is correct, check:
Desktop Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Desktop Agent\adacontrol.exe
” Click on “Relay” > “Log file”
Server Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Automatos Server Agent\asacontrol.exe
” Click on “Relay” > “Log file”
In the “Server” field, it will display the address it is trying to communicate with.
Fix
Desktop Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Desktop Agent\adacontrol.exe
” Click on “Configuration > Relay > Protocols”
Server Agent: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Automatos\Automatos Server Agent\asacontrol.exe
” Click on “Configuration > Relay > Protocols”
Correct the address in the “Name or IP” field.
By default, the communication is via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and the port is 443.
