This report consolidated inventory information, providing an overview of all assets in the environment. The data can be displayed either in complete form or grouped by departments.

For Desktops, this report provides consolidated information on:

• CPU
• CPU Generation
• Fixed Disks
• Memory
• Software
• Software and Version
• Operating System
• Monitor
• Activation Year
• Network
• Manufacturer
• Type
• Equipment Model

For Servers, this report provides consolidated information on:

• CPU
• CPU Generation
• Memory
• Software
• Software and Version
• Operating System
• Manufacturer
• Type
• Equipment Model

In the case of Mobile devices, only Disk, Memory, and Operating System information is available.

The generated information can be displayed on the screen in HTML format and can also be extracted in XLSX and PDF formats (in Batch mode), available for download in the Inventory menu: > Reports >Download Batch Reports.

In the HTML format, it is possible to navigate to the assets in the report by clicking on the results or the indicated number.
