Softwares “Red alert”

The Red Software Alerts option presents details of software in the Non-Approved status, providing information such as department, computer name, software name, asset ID, and user. It is also possible to export this data to a CSV file.

1. Select the type: Desktop or Server.
2. In the department option, you can add one or more departments.
3. Once you have selected the desired filters, click on “Filter” to perform the search.

If necessary, export the filtered information to a CSV file.
