Automatos Remote Control
Remote Control is an optional add-on product that provides support access to remote systems.
Remote control can be used in several different ways these include:
- Ad-hoc support, where the end user system doesn’t have a preinstalled Agent
- Agent based support. Typically with Agent based support this can be used in one of 2 different methods
- Unattended support. This is normally used for Server systems where the IT user can login to a remote system without an end user being present.
- Attended support. Used for workstation systems where the end user has to be present to permit IT to access their computer
