Displays the address and port information for each Almaden product resource.

It is possible to query all the services and processes used by each Almaden resource.

Provides information on prerequisites and hardware recommendations.
11 – Port Testing
Performs address and communication port tests from your environment to the Almaden environment.
11.1 – Environment
Displays the environment the installed agent is configured to communicate with, listing all related addresses and ports.
11.2 – Relays
Displays the hostname/IP where the agent is installed.
Note: The IP 127.0.0.1
indicates that the host where the agent is installed will send the data to Almaden.
11.3 – Run Environment Test
By clicking on “Run Environment Test”, the application performs a communication test for the listed addresses and ports, with the following possible results:
OK: Communication successful
FAIL: Communication failure
REJECTED: The address and port rejected the communication
After the test is executed, the application will save a text file on the desktop with the test results.
