Scope of Data Collection
- Is there any capture of screen content, keystrokes, emails, files, or internal communications?
A: No. None of the mentioned types of data are collected.
Storage and Retention
- Where are the collected data stored (on-premises, cloud, datacenter location)?
A: Data is stored in the AWS Public Cloud (Ashburn – Virginia).

- For how long are these data retained?
A: Data is retained for the duration of the contract or while the device records remain in the database (unless deleted by the administrator).
- Are there secure disposal mechanisms after the retention period?
A: Yes. No data is retained after the contract ends or once the device records are deleted from the portal.
Purpose and Use
- For what specific purposes are the data used?
A: Data is used exclusively for technology asset management by the contracting organization.
- Is there any sharing with third parties, partners, or Almaden itself?
A: No. Data is not shared with any third parties, partners, or Almaden.
Security and Access Control
- What security controls are applied to protect the collected data (encryption, access control, audit logs)?
A: Access management is handled by the Partner through the administrative portal.
All data collection, transmission, and audit logs are encrypted.
- Who has access to this information and under what criteria?
A: Access is restricted to Tenant account administrators, based on access control and audit log policies.
Transparency and Governance
- Is it possible to provide detailed technical or functional documentation regarding the collected data?

- Is there an option to parameterize or limit the collection according to our internal guidelines?
A: Yes. Adjustments can be made following an analysis of the organization’s internal guidelines.
