- Recurring spikes in CPU or memory usage;
- Slow operating system startup times;
- Frequent application crashes;
- Performance drops related to network connectivity.
These analyses allow IT teams to adopt a predictive and preventive approach, acting before performance issues affect end-user productivity.

In this stage, Alma Analysis™ deeply analyzes the factors that impact digital user experience and device performance.
- Device Name
- User (when integrated with Microsoft Teams)
- Device Age
- Operating System
- Health Score (calculated based on hardware, corporate applications, and communication apps)
- Select a maximum of 12 devices that you want analyzed.

Viewing recommendations
View recommendations to be applied by the responsible team to correct Operating System, disk and RAM problems.
