    • Operating system, IP, DNS, gateway, and MAC Address.
    • Device linked to the department.

2️⃣ Tracking

  • CIQ ITAM continuously collects data on each device:
    • Hardware performance: CPU, RAM, disk, network.
    • Software status: updates, critical alerts, license compliance.
    • Uptime and change history.
    • Geolocation to track movements and usage boundaries.

3️⃣ Replacement or Upgrade Planning

  • CIQ ITAM generates lifecycle reports:
