Customization
The Customization module allows organizations to adapt CIQ DEX to their specific needs by configuring visualization parameters, adjusting score metrics, and tailoring reports. It ensures that the platform reflects the company’s strategic priorities, focusing on what matters most for performance, collaboration, sustainability, and user experience.

Hide Devices
This feature hides devices that have not collected data for a defined period (1 to 6 days or more).
Helps maintain cleaner reports by removing inactive or irrelevant devices.

Edit Scores
Enables customization of how Scores are calculated across different areas of digital experience:
- Devices → Performance and reliability of work devices.
- Collaboration → Efficiency of collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Business Applications → Performance and impact of business-critical apps.
- User Sentiment → Employees’ subjective perception and feedback.
- Green IT → Energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Each score can be fine-tuned using two factors:
- Weight (0–10) → Defines the relative importance of each category.
- Experience (0–10) → Measures the perceived impact on employees.
Companies can align scoring models with business objectives (e.g., prioritizing Business Applications in ERP-driven organizations).

View Metrics
Allows administrators to choose which metrics are visible for each score.
Keeps reports focused, avoiding unnecessary information overload while highlighting the most relevant KPIs.

Edit Columns
Customizes the columns displayed in score tables.
Provides flexibility in how performance data is presented, making dashboards more relevant to stakeholders.

History
Keeps a full log of all customization changes made within the portal.
Ensures accountability and traceability of adjustments, helping administrators review or roll back changes when necessary.
