New Release – ADA Windows Agent v. 4.7.1

ADA Agent for Windows battery capability reporting has been corrected to ensure accurate comparison between design capacity and full charge capacity.

This fix resolves inconsistencies that could previously display incorrect battery health information, ensuring reliable insights for battery performance analysis.

New Release – Collective IQ® ITAM v. 1.15.0.22

Device Details navigation has been fixed to ensure consistent and accurate status display when returning via breadcrumbs after accessing hardware reports. This correction prevents incorrect offline status presentation and ensures reliable device information across navigation flows.

Licensing details have been improved to display the specific software detected for each SKU within the “Consumed Product Licenses” details view, eliminating the need for manual verification and providing clearer visibility into installed software per device.

Device PDF Export has been improved to ensure all custom forms and their respective answers are correctly displayed, providing complete and reliable information in exported documents.

Server Departments hierarchy handling has been improved to preserve parent and child relationships when associating departments, preventing overwriting of parent departments and ensuring proper hierarchical structure management across multiple levels.

Licensing details view has been enhanced to include User and Serial Number fields, providing more complete device information and improving traceability within consumed product licenses.

Departments creation has been fixed to allow department creation without requiring an existing device with an installed agent. Departments can now be associated with server devices even when offline in the lifecycle, ensuring greater flexibility and lifecycle management continuity.

Hardware Report has been fixed to correctly display special characters, ensuring proper encoding and presentation of usage information without formatting issues.

SNMP Network Devices display has been corrected to ensure network device data is properly presented when SNMP is configured, guaranteeing complete visibility of network assets.

Help Center redirection has been fixed to ensure users are directed to the correct domain, preventing unexpected URLs and ReCaptcha-related access issues.

Portal Subaccounts deletion has been fixed to correctly reflect successful operations in the interface, providing accurate feedback and immediate updates after deletion.

LAN Distribution date filter has been corrected to prevent cached values from previously viewed tasks, ensuring accurate date and time selection during distribution log analysis.

Feedback Form terminology has been corrected to properly display “Section” instead of “Session” across all supported languages, improving clarity throughout the application.

Depreciation functionality has been fixed to maintain unit price values correctly after editing, preventing unintended resets and ensuring reliable depreciation data management.

Inventory Hardware sorting by Operating System has been fixed to ensure consistent alphabetical ordering regardless of uppercase or lowercase values.

Inventory Hardware pagination has been corrected to properly display navigation controls and page indicators in scenarios involving multiple pages, including edge cases.

Custom Data Forms Spanish translations have been improved to ensure accurate terminology and proper usage of labels, buttons, and tooltips for Spanish-speaking users.

Delete Forms modal has been improved to enhance visual consistency and usability, including repositioned primary action buttons and standardized button sizing.

New Release – Collective IQ® DEX v. 1.3.31

Release deployed to Production with fixes and improvements to enhance accuracy and usability.

Battery capacity reporting in AlmaIQ has been corrected to ensure reliable battery health information.

The Best and Worst Departments calculation has been refined to provide more accurate rankings based on valid device data, with devices lacking data now hidden by default and available via filtering.

SVG upload issues for dashboard logos have been resolved.

AlmaIQ prompts were reviewed and adjusted following the migration to the GPT-5.4 model, ensuring consistent behavior across AskAlma, AlmaPredict, and AlmaAnalysis.

Additionally, the Business Applications modal has been enhanced with improved “Consumption Over Time” charts, persistent process selection, clearer messaging when no data is available, and prioritization of processes with valid historical data.

CIQ ITAM v. 1.15.0.21
The Custom Inventory screen has been fully refactored, introducing improvements in layout, usability, and module functionality.
The custom inventory now includes a change history, allowing visibility of previous values, responsible users, and modification dates.

Device Info (Servers) now presents complete information for both physical and virtual network interfaces.

Enhanced visualization of physical and logical CPU core data across Device Info, Hardware Report, and Servers Hardware API (requires latest ASA Agent – 3.46.4 or higher).

Linux Servers now display 32-bit and 64-bit architecture information in Device Info, PDF exports, and Hardware Reports (requires latest ASA Agent – 3.28.5 or higher).

Added capability to export the device list directly from the Administrative Settings screen.

Introduced a new public API endpoint for automated validation of software removal events, aligning API capabilities with the portal.

Hardware Reports (Desktops) generation has been improved to avoid duplicate records when using “Free Space in Partition” and “Drive” fields.

Warranty data retrieval has been enhanced to ensure accurate display of warranty start dates for Lenovo and other manufacturers in Hardware Reports.

Enhancements to Machine ID (MID) generation to ensure uniqueness and maintain device history across reinstalls.
Improvements in installation routines with better handling of dependencies in Debian-based environments.
Optimizations in disk data collection to provide more stable and reliable inventory information.

ASA Linux Agent v. 3.28.5:
Improvements to Machine ID (MID) generation for greater consistency in device tracking.
Enhancements to installation reliability, ensuring smoother deployment and operation in Linux environments.

Improvements in role management with refined permissions and the introduction of the Analyst role.
