AlmaAnalysis™ accessibility and navigation have been improved by introducing consistent internal scrolling behavior across recommendations, cost analysis views, and device lists. The enhancement ensures all content remains fully accessible regardless of screen size, display resolution, or input method, providing a more intuitive and reliable user experience.

The AskAlma™ interface has been enhanced with responsive design improvements to ensure recommendations, generated content, and interactive elements are correctly displayed across different screen sizes and window resolutions. The update delivers a more consistent and optimized experience on both desktop and mobile environments.

Google Chat integration has been added to allow administrators to configure and manage platform connectivity using tenant information and authentication credentials. The new functionality enables seamless communication and interaction between Google Chat and the CIQ platform.

The AlmaKnowledge import process has been improved to prevent duplicate knowledge entries during import operations and to ensure interrupted imports are properly canceled when required. The CIQ platform infrastructure has been updated with the latest versions of Next.js, Node.js, React, and related dependencies. These updates improve overall security, performance, maintainability, and compatibility while addressing known vulnerabilities and technical debt.

The What’s New section has been updated to correctly reflect AlmaAI branding standards. The heading has been standardized to “AlmaAI Tools” to ensure consistency across the platform and alignment with trademark guidelines.

Group management functionality has been improved to provide more accurate member searches, selection counts, and filtering behavior. The enhancements deliver a more reliable and intuitive experience when creating, editing, and managing groups.

An issue preventing employee records from being updated through CSV import operations has been fixed. Validation and file processing routines have been enhanced to ensure bulk updates are executed reliably and consistently using exported employee data files.

AlmaPredict has been enhanced to provide clearer positive feedback when no recommendations or corrective actions are required. The improvement delivers a more intuitive user experience by explicitly communicating successful device health and compliance conditions.

Custom Inventory Forms replication behavior has been fixed to ensure duplicated questions can now be edited independently during form creation and editing. Additional improvements were applied to preserve question type restrictions after replication and to correctly translate action buttons according to the selected platform language, providing a more consistent and reliable form management experience.

Custom Inventory Forms mass association behavior has been fixed to ensure forms are correctly linked to all selected devices when using the ‘Select All’ option. Additional validation improvements were applied to guarantee that bulk operations are successfully persisted before displaying confirmation messages, providing greater reliability and scalability for large environments.

Custom Inventory Forms question ordering behavior has been fixed to ensure changes made through the reorder functionality are now correctly saved when editing existing forms. The improvement guarantees that customized question sequences remain consistent after saving, providing a more reliable form editing experience.

Custom Inventory Forms association pagination behavior has been fixed to ensure the bottom pagination controls are correctly displayed when associating forms by department. The improvement provides clearer navigation across multiple pages of departments, delivering a more intuitive and consistent user experience during form association operations.

WAN Command Distribution has been introduced to allow administrators to configure and execute custom commands on Windows desktop devices through the WAN distribution infrastructure. The feature now supports command-based distribution tasks using predefined execution packages, ensuring more flexible remote operations and reliable command delivery across managed environments.

WAN Agent Distribution has been added to allow administrators to distribute the Agent package to Windows desktop devices using the new WAN distribution infrastructure. The functionality now supports automatic package generation and the creation of distribution tasks based on custom Agent configurations, providing a more scalable and centralized approach to remote agent deployment.

ADA Agent for Windows battery capability reporting has been corrected to ensure accurate comparison between design capacity and full charge capacity.

This fix resolves inconsistencies that could previously display incorrect battery health information, ensuring reliable insights for battery performance analysis.

Device Details navigation has been fixed to ensure consistent and accurate status display when returning via breadcrumbs after accessing hardware reports. This correction prevents incorrect offline status presentation and ensures reliable device information across navigation flows.

Licensing details have been improved to display the specific software detected for each SKU within the “Consumed Product Licenses” details view, eliminating the need for manual verification and providing clearer visibility into installed software per device.

Device PDF Export has been improved to ensure all custom forms and their respective answers are correctly displayed, providing complete and reliable information in exported documents.

Server Departments hierarchy handling has been improved to preserve parent and child relationships when associating departments, preventing overwriting of parent departments and ensuring proper hierarchical structure management across multiple levels.

Licensing details view has been enhanced to include User and Serial Number fields, providing more complete device information and improving traceability within consumed product licenses.

Departments creation has been fixed to allow department creation without requiring an existing device with an installed agent. Departments can now be associated with server devices even when offline in the lifecycle, ensuring greater flexibility and lifecycle management continuity.
