The AlmaKnowledge section is where the intelligence behind Alma AI begins.
It serves as the central hub for managing the knowledge base that powers Alma’s ability to analyze, understand, and provide recommendations throughout the CIQ DEX platform.

Administrators can easily expand Alma’s learning by adding internal documents, uploading files, or linking external content sources.
This enriched knowledge base not only supports Alma’s responses but also enhances AlmaAnalysis™, enabling it to deliver contextual recommendations and insights based on real company data and best practices.

💡 Every piece of knowledge you add can be used later to strengthen Alma’s recommendations in analyses and predictive insights.
