Machine Downtime

The Machine Downtime report displays assets that have data collection agents installed, but which for some reason are not reporting to SmartCenter.
According to the scale of hours/days, the list can be divided into:

Yellow (acceptable time tolerance). The time period displayed in the Yellow Schedule is configurable at: Menu > Settings > Administrative > Downtime Period.

Red (time tolerance above the acceptable). The time period displayed in the Red Schedule is configurable at: Menu > Settings > Administrative > General Settings, Physical Removal item (period related to tolerance for physical removal).

This report allows filtering the displayed equipment by type and department to facilitate analysis and decision-making in the environment.

Note: Access permission is required for sub-accounts (Menu > Settings > Administrative > Permissions).
