Administration – Licence Usage

Introduction

Manage the active remote connection licenses.
Note: Licenses are consumed by simultaneous remote connections between operators, and when a session is terminated, it becomes available again for the same operator or another operator to take.

Viewing Active Sessions

Each item in this list refers to an active session. The “Licence” column refers to the license number in use, not the quantity.
In the example below, it indicates that License Number 1 has 2 active remote sessions, and License Number 2 has only 1 active remote session. This results in the consumption of 3 simultaneous licenses.

License Overuse

When the remote connection limit is exceeded and a new session tries to start, a warning will be displayed to the user informing that all licenses are in use.

To resolve this situation, you need to wait for an operator to close the remote connection or close it yourself. This menu will only be displayed for accounts that are domain admins.

End Selected Sessions

Note: This option forcefully terminates a session, and neither the operator nor the requester of the remote session will be notified when the session is closed.
